| - I am a Enterprise Plus member and have been renting from Enterprise for 10 years. I have rented from this location twice and both times their computers were down, making everyone wait about 30 minutes. After that, they decided to do the rental the old fashion way, with paper. They took my card information and off i went on my way.
The last time I rented from here, I called 2 hours before my schedules time to make sure they had my car available. They said yes, so i went over. When I got there, (10 minutes) they told me they had no cars.. They were waiting for customers to return cars, but no one did. I waited 45 minutes before the sent me to Charlotte, 20 minutes away to get a car. I had a deadline and had to skip a meeting to make my second appointment. They compensated me 5%, wow, $1.85 on a one way rental worth 280.00. The 5% was off the daily rate, not the total rental. Enterprise knows that they are the only game in town, and it shows.
All other branches that i have rented from were great.
Suggestion: If you run out of cars, or don't have returns come in, call the customer and re-direct them to a different office.
