  • I made an appointment to get an alignment after getting new tires on my car. When I arrived, one of the employees opened the door to let me inside. Everyone who works at this shop is very courteous and polite. After bringing my car back for the alignment, they noticed that I had other issues with my car, and brought me back to show me. These were areas that were previously worked on by a different company, about 6 months ago. The previous mechanic did not fix my car properly, and left me with irregular noises, which they deemed unfixable and told me it was no big deal. No big deal until another mechanic gets a look at my car and realizes they did a bad job of fixing my car. After looking at my bill, it was apparent the other company over charged me as well. Jason at Ron's tire is awesome! He called the company and was able to find a warranty on the parts. Rather than having me take my car back to the previous mechanic that I was not comfortable with, Jason was able to have my car fixed for me, within just a few short hours, at his shop! They even drive you to get a rental car if needed. I am moving to another state in 2 weeks but if I had found Ron's shop earlier, this would be my one and only stop for a mechanic in the Phoenix area. Polite staff, friendly, fun and willing to work with the customers. Oh and did I mention they are honest?! An HONEST mechanic is hard to find. Thank you to Jason and Ron and everyone else at Ron's Service and Tire Center for getting me back on the road quickly and without too much damage to my pocketbook ;)
