The quality of furniture was fine the behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired. Since it was our third time in the store and the behavior of the staff (three different salespeople) was the same, I felt I needed to say something. If you go to this store for something small expect to be dropped or not helped. The salesmen are obviously working on commissions but there isn't any reason to approach someone as they walk in with "Can I help you?" And then when they find out you are not buying a room full of furniture you hear"Oh, that's all you want". Then take you to the nearest spot and drop you with the line"let me go check that for you", never to return as they go get another customer. Remember the adage "if you have a good experience you tell three people and if a bad experience seven". Keep up this behavior and you won't have any customers no matter how low the prices. On the other hand Lazyboy next door went out of their way to help us and we purchased from them.
