  • i rarely write reviews but I was so upset with the service today, I felt like I had no choice. The lines are always so ridiculous here and they only had 3 registers open. The two cashiers at the left were super friendly and I could tell they were trying their best to speed up the lines. However, the dbag with the baseball cap standing on the 3rd register was CLEARLY super annoyed at the long line and was clearly too incompetent as the other 2 helped out 3-4 customers while he was still working on one. He even had the nerve to sigh out loud as more people got in line and stated how it just happened to be busy at this exact moment. I was seriously hoping I could get helped by the other two but NOPE, I get stuck with the dbag who gives me a half assed "hi how are you." I told him I wanted to return a pair of pants and as I was handing it to him, he just drops it and yanks my receipt out of my hand instead. I asked if he needed my card and he simply replied "uh yeah, 'cause you're going to need to swipe" as if I'm some idiot. I seriously hope they take everyones concerns in consideration and fire everyone who clearly doesn't want to work there. To the other two cashiers, thanks for helping out everyone else. You're the reason why I don't want to give 1 star.
