  • Went to the Ex today and decided to hit up this food truck. I got the beef brisket and bean on a bun. I think it was called something like the Sloppy Jose. I have to say I was underwhelmed. The quality of the food seemed decent, but it really lacked any sort of complexity. I believe it could have been saved if there was some hot sauce or some dip to add a little zing to this creation, but as it was, I didn't even bothering eating more than half of it.
