  • Finished my round of treatments and I WAS quite satisfied with the result, until I noticed a little patch of about 10 hairs that they missed under my right arm pit. Ugh, it looks awful. I am so dissapointed. So much for not having to shave anymore :\ Otherwise, they definitely have the "better" type of laser that is more effective and less painless. About 99% of my underarm hair is totally gone. Definitely worth the Groupon, just make sure they get it all. My only other gripe is their cancellation policy. They confirm with you the day before, but I happened to have an emergency in the interim after I confirmed (my son started throwing up in the middle of the night, so I couldn't make my morning appointment because I had to take him to the doctor). I attempted calling, texting, emailing... everything... to let them know I wouldn't be there and to please reschedule me for later in the day. I didn't get a call until later on that day and they told me I could reschedule, but had to forfeit one of my treatments. I even offered to show them the doctor's note that we were at the appointment, but she said no. I was really bummed and it kind of turned me off to future purchases. I have 3 kids and life gets unpredictable. I was never late or missed any other appointments and I made every effort to let them know ahead of time what was going on. Oh well. I understand they have policies, but I was still dissapointed.
