  • Just took my SRX in to get an oil change and told them I would be waiting in the lobby until it was done. A HOUR AND A HALF goes by and I am still waiting. I finally walk outside to see what the heck is going on, and the service manager tells me, "oh, we thought you'd gone." Where the heck would I have gone?! An oil change should NEVER take that long. Completely ridiculous.
