  • Went there to upgrade and sign a new contract and was treated horribly from the start. Spent about 5 minutes with this old lady named KAREN ( a real see you next Tuesday) and couldn't take it anymore because she was so rude about everything so I went out of my way to go the Brunswick Verizon so that I didn't have to spend another second in that store. I will never go back there but if you do go stay away from KAREN, she will absolutely ruin your new phone experience and your day.
