  • HORRIBLE Customer Service!! We waited for over 45 minutes for our food and it never came. In that 45 minutes the waitress never checked on us even ONCE! We finally got up and walked out. Three other tables came in after us and they had already been served. Luckily Charlotte has other Vegan options!! Discrimination? Maybe.
