  • Have gone to E Cactus Rd office location for years, observed and experienced systemic internal problems from rude, insulting, condescending office staff, various attitudes, discourteous, disrespect, discrimination, unprofessional misconduct, tried to address issues with main office. If not part of the solution; part of the problem. Top down uncaring, cover up of pervasive problems. Filing formal complaints; will the doctors get the message? Patients are expendable collateral damage, attitudes prevail. No attitude adjustment or solution when management is the problem.
