EDIT 5/5:
It's been less than 24hrs and the owner (Jason) has already fixed my main issue which was not being able to see my furkiddo and check on her. There are more pro's than con's so it's now 5/5 instead of 4/5. The cameras are now working for me so I can now check on my kiddo without having to call and wonder if I'll get ahold of anyone. (I understand there's new staff but if your kiddo is already dropped off and you call I feel you should 1) be able to get ahold of the employee. And 2) with your dog already being there they should know who your dog is by name if the dog is already in the daycare or any of their other services. They are also 24/7 which is very convenient. Anyways.. my main problem was fixed extremely promply- thanks so much!

Place is good enough, very reasonable prices- the staff is always more than helpful... When I can get ahold of them. They can be very difficult to get ahold of- which I understand they are busy. In my experience the camera doesn't work to check on my furkiddo so I'm constantly calling to check on her and as I said, staff is difficult to get ahold of... They don't seem to ever remember me or my dog either- which again I understand they have hundreds of customers. But at least pretend to know who myself and my dog is so I feel welcomed and valued. Overall very nice place and no major complaints about the place or staff- just what I mentioned above.
