  • Purchased a pool table, ball set, and pub table with chairs. Had one stool crack, so they swapped it out. We took the second stool in when it started to crack in the same place (so clearly a manufacturer defect). Sales person said that they would not warranty a 6 month old ($300) barstool. We talked a little more and she said she would call the owner and give us a call back. Never called. Disappointing customer service to say the least.
