I. am. still. so. full.
what a meal!! we sat by the bar- perfect seat to watch the organized chaos in action. the cooks all seem happy and enjoying themselves. every few minutes you see them cheers a beer and take a sip. I am in awe of how they can werkk that kitchen!!! on to the food.-we started off with the amazingly refreshing bison tamaki. so good especially when you drizzle the quail egg on top. we also had the bone barrow and caviar which is amazing on that hot delicious baguette that they serve. we ended off the meal with their signature dish - named after the place. it was huge!! I mean it came out in a dish my mom uses to cook thanksgiving turkey . with that said. we over ordered. the meat was super tender and the foie gras added to it made for a delicious bite. the sauce was too heavy for my liking. would suggest ordering only one app with that dish... either way a fun vibrant place to pig out at! a must try of visiting montreal. also , I had to call numerous times to get a ressie. just keep calling- they will pick up soon.
