  • I've lived here five years and although I was not happy last year when the old manager was let go, it is back to what it once was. The office employees and manager are awesome, they have a great maintenance crew and fantastic maintenance manager, Scott. I am moving because I really just need a change. Don't hesitate to rent here, the huge grassy park area in the middle is gorgeous and perfect for those of us walking our dogs. Things have been quiet and there is not much trouble that I can recall in the past five years, so if you rent here I think you'll be very happy you did. I wish Shadow Hills the best always.
