| - I just left this hell hole and worth taking a hit on my credit report. Hell, where do I start. First of all the Ladies in the office, I use that term loosely. There real quick to UP SELL this property. Don't know why. I moved in last August and the apartment had been vacant for over a month. They maintenance staff nor the fools in the office don't know how to communicate with each other. Kylie gave me keys to an apartment that was not even liveable in addition they delayed my move in. When I asked for maintenance to come do work orders they would come with an attitude and do half ass work, and they don't fix shit unless it's broke.... The manager, Joy never comes out if her little office, she's worthless, judgmental, one-sided and so unprofessional!!!!! My daughter, disabled and myself occupied this apartment and because it was NOT presented to me pristine we were labeled as complainers!!! They bad mouthed me to corporate, BR Properly, I couldn't even pled my case them thanks to Joy and her staff acting like there really doing there jobs. Maintenance would come in and go back to the office and lie and say things I didn't say. In addition there real quick to talk shit about those girl's in the office. Everyone had an excuse over there, it was never there problem, bla, bla, bla....I lived downstairs, a mistake! The neighbors above me were loud and didn't work, but it was okay for them to keep me up all hours if the night, but when I complained I was put thru changes. Joy took sides and never resolved the issue, she played favorites and when those folks moved out, Joy had the nerve to blame me and my disabled daughter. When the next set of ignorant folks moved up there, the office basically left them know we were particular, nasty and rude!!! Seriously, since when does property management have a right to talk shit about other people!!!! Needlessly to say they gave those folks the green light to act a fool, which they did from day one. Dude even threatened my daughter when she went up there to ask them to stop stomping!!!! Three to four people up there but only here one person stomping around all hours of the night. They call it apartment living.. Lol..right!!!! If things couldn't get worse, Paul, night manager/ security, what a joke. My neighbors let me know he was talking shit about me and implying that were a problem because we like it quiet at 2am and 3 am. I have never been treated so badly my a properly that couldn't wait for me to move in and I should of know better,when the Russian heffer said," you wouldn't like it if you saw it in the condition it us in"!!!! Hell I didn't like it after, they don't fix shit, make excesses as to why they can't do there job. My car vandalized 3 times in there property, not there problem, never ever is!!!!!!! Rent is 970, for what, nothing is upgraded!!!!! Kylie told me it would not go up, liars across the board...
Dog shit everywhere, you see maintenance out supposedly to pick it up, nope just walk past it!! Good luck with this place, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!!!
