  • Took my Fusion in for some routine maintenance on 7-28-12. Was originally told that Dan would be my service advisor, but when I get there I'm told he's off that day (of course). Was told that my appointment was with Mike, who was nowhere to be found for about the first 10-15 minutes after I arrived. Annoying, yes, but I didn't let it get to me too much. When Mike showed up he was very cordial, got the info he needed, and grabbed my keys. I showed up about 4 hours later, and everything was done and ready to go (including a nice car wash). Priced right (look for their coupons on there website), courteous and professionsl. They can expect my business in the future.
