| - I called Dr. Haynes' office to schedule an appointment for 5 fillings. The receptionist told me I would need to talk to the office manager Melissa to pay for the appointment ahead of time. I had made payment arrangements with Melissa prior to leaving my first appointment with Dr. Haynes. The receptionist got back on the phone and told me Melissa was too busy to talk to me, but Melissa told the receptionist to make the appointment. The receptionist told me I would need to pay ahead for 6 fillings, not 5. I explained to her that she must be mistaken because Dr. Haynes told me I had 5 cavities that needed filling and showed me the pictures of each of the 5 fillings. The receptionist kept insisting that I needed 6 fillings. I asked that Dr. Haynes return my call. I was told that Dr. Haynes was too busy to return my call. I insisted that Dr. Haynes return my call since he was the one who told me I had 5 cavities, not 6. The receptionist said "Fine!" and ended the phone call. I received a call back from Cecilia, who insisted that I had 6 cavities to be filled, not 5. To add insult to injury, she started yelling at me and interrupting me and told me that I needed to make an appointment to come back to their office again to confirm if I needed to have 5 or 6 cavities filled. I told her my schedule would not allow a second visit and again requested that Dr. Haynes return my call. In a very rude tone of voice, Cecilia told me that Dr. Haynes was too busy to return my call and insisted that I come back for another appointment to confirm if I needed 5 or 6 cavities filled. I got off the phone feeling completely astounded that I had been told one thing when I left the office, and another thing when I called to make my appointment to have my cavities filled. I was even more astounded to be told that Dr. Haynes was too busy to ever call me back and that the only solution was for me to make an appointment and come back to his office. In summary, the office staff is so extremely unprofessional (abrupt, rude, inconsiderate) that I would never go back to this office. Instead of apologizing for the inaccuracy of their records, their attitude was snobby, insulting, and completely unhelpful.
