  • This is just not different to other places, sales people under pressure to make a sale by Yates Son who is always barking at the sales people, Service department managed by a guy named Edy who has more excuses that ethics to work for GM. I bought a brand new truck here with more problems that can't be fixed by Edy because he has a reason why things can't be done, and every problem has more excuses for Edy to continue develop his poor service here. Yates is Poor place to buy, repair and I am sure to work for.
