| - I am an old-fashioned guy and miss the personal touch that used to define a "service" station when I was growing up in the Midwest. All the guys here - Jerry, Dennis, Chee, et al. - are so friendly and helpful they will make you feel like you're on Route 66 in 1966! After a low tire indicator lit up on the dash, I asked Jerry if I could use the air hose. Before I could get out of the car, he was checking and inflating all four tires to the proper pressure, and then emptied the trunk, pulled out the spare tire, and addressed it, too! When I returned a week later claiming a tire sensor was malfunctioning, I picked up the car a few hours later to learn I was wrong and there was a simple reset button hidden under the dash that took care of the problem. They could have billed me for four new sensors and I would have been content. Instead, I received a bill for $0 and was thrilled! Compare that to how you feel when leaving the dealership. They even took the time to roll out my sun shade after parking the car back on the lot. If you live near the Biltmore or Arcadia, consider yourself fortunate to have a true service station right around the corner!
