  • Second time at this shop. Previous Viper alarm installed on my Polaris Slingshot(great job) and now a Viper remote start on the F150 Raptor. Guys did a good job with installation in a reasonable timeframe. Definitely will be back for business. Only negative this time was they forgot to latch my hood down, didn't notice till I was headed home on 95N at 75mph and saw my hood start to shake. Pulled over on the shoulder to properly close the hood. I was a little upset considering I had to rapidly stop on the highway. You guys do a great job, just take an extra minute or two and ensure everything's closed up on the vehicle! Thanks!!
