  • These people need a clue about customer service. I went ibn to buy 5 Eagle ( 1 oz. gold) coins and was told they were out, had to ask when they would get more (like a freaking Russian bread line), and drag answers out of the guy. Will not be back. They are jerk wads. I left three messages - none returned - about buying gold coin. It is now one week later and still no callback. The dog is the best thing about this place..
