  • Worst experience at a massage envy ever. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in for our couples massage it was horrible. We were given forms to fill out to help customize our sessions, then we were taken back to the relaxation room, where the front desk girl proceeded to "customize" our session even more. She was asking us questions that we had already filled out on the paper, and while she was doing this there was another client in the relaxation room as well, that was hearing all of our answers. Not that they were very personal questions, but what if the were and she was trying to relax and was having to hear all of our answers, I felt bad for her. And then to top it off, my boyfriends massage therapist disregarded what he put on the form. He said no feet, and the therapist worked on his feet, so what's the point of filling out the form if the therapist won't pay attention to it. Also the front desk girl asked me four times if I wanted an add on, and four times I said no, one no should have been good enough. Would never go back to this location.
