| - I gave this place 3 chances before leaving this review. I hate leaving bad reviews and feel I gave this place a fair chance.
The girls simply DO NOT LISTEN and are just not talented.
The first time I went in I had my hair done by Rachel, I asked her to curl my hair. So she blew it out and said is that enough curl for you? Im sitting there thinking um WHAT there are 0 curls in my hair.
She then said oh I wish i knew you wanted me to use a CURLING IRON, i would have put moose in it so your curls would stay better. So she curls it, bumps up the top a little. It actually ended up turning out really cute in the end but she didnt acknowledge what I originally asked for.
I went back a 2nd time and got another lady. Thinking ok my hair turned out cute last time so Ill give the place another chance. She curls my hair, I ask her to bump up the top a little and she puts a golf ball size bump on the side of my head. The curls were not cute and she did not blow out my hair cute at all.. I left with a huge bald spot showing on the back of my head. Ruined most of my night. I could of done my own hair for free at home and done a better job.
So I went back for a 3rd time , I had an event Im attending , I wanted a simple up do. I walked in and asked the girl for an updo, told her I was exactly sure on a style, but if she had some ideas I could probably work with whatever she had in mind . She said, I could probably do some curls and pin them up. I said sure Im not too picky lets do it.
She didnt even blow out my hair with a brush, normally when someone blows out your hair they use a round brush and blow it out and up. She just took the blow dyer and pointed it down at my hair. I didnt think too much of it since She was doing an updo. I have a girl who never blows out my hair and bumps it up herself and its adorable. So she starts putting in the curls. Then she sprays it... and im thinking thats a lot of spray considering she hasnt even pinned it up.
then she says ok ill check you out now... im sitting there about to cry, she somehow forgot she was supposed to do an updo. I just paid and didnt say anything.... I didnt even want to deal with it at this point. The girls her are just not professional and do not listen. My hair is completely flat on top.. the curls are something I could of done .. not impressed. Oh and she put so much spray on it the curls separated on my head on the side. ... I just dont understand how you can send someone out the door looking like that.
I will be looking for a new place close to this location.
