  • This bestbuy is ran by two great managers, Russ and Marshall. I ran into a HUGE problem with my Note 4 and actually had to wait a week for my replacement phone. They definitely helped me out and took care of a very upset customer. I've been shopping at bestbuy for years and have several upper management friends for the company who I was glad I didn't have to bother. I will continue doing my business at this bestbuy due to these two managers!
