  • The nail tech offered to use a razor and had no metal file. Then when I asked the other lady why don't they have the metal grader another lady who sits at the first desk offers the reply. She says they are illegal since Dec 2015. I said well the nail tech offered me a razor and they are illegal. She then decided to tell me the client no im wrong she meant something else. No she didn't she said razor and she meant razor. I left with my foot rougher then I started. Now I can go home and use my own metal file and callus remover and finish the job. Needless to say I do not recommend any place that thinks it's okay to lie and insult a client's word. What benefit do I have to offer up a story none. The nail tech offered and was willing to use an illegal product. But hey if u have seriously rough feet. Then they left me in the chair and to put my own shoes on. Terrible place!!! Children and TV on SpongeBob not relaxing place horrible!!
