  • TERRIBLE BUSINESS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We started this venture in October when the salesman came and measured all our windows and they'd be ready in 4-8 weeks. We called numerous times after hearing nothing in the 8-10 week period. They finally gave us a date in FEB and after calling numerous times to speak to management all a sudden they could fit us in during Jan. All 10 windows were measured and labeled by the salesman but low and behold they realized they were short 1 window but not before installing our kitchen window in the location of our bedroom. It's about 6 inches too small, right above our bed and in the very front of our house. They caulked all around it and we were left with that for 2-3 weeks until they got the other window. It was drafty and a complete eyesore. The best part is the installers acted like we were to blame being short 1 window even tho all windows were numbered and labeled. During the few weeks we waited for the mistake to be fixed we called 7 days straight and left messages and probably 10 times total. Finally they come and fix their mistakes and offer a measly $100 off. Then they have the nerve to send us a letter to sign and send back about how they cleaned everything up and whatnot. We found 2 or 3 screws inside our house on the floor... perfect for our puppy to find. On top of that there was a ton of paint and debris all over our yard. Ironically enough I even ended up with a flat tire with what looks to be a part of a nail and I can only imagine where it came from. Needless to say they aren't getting that paper signed. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!
