  • I just bought at 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and I could not be happier! The service was amazing and I love my car. I live down in Southern Highlands but drove up to this location because I heard such great things. After an hour+ drive after work, I pulled up and met with Nate Sugarman. He asked a lot of questions and helped me understand the process of getting out of my old lease and into a new car. The process was not easy, because there are some loops to jump through with Ford, but everyone at the dealership helped as much as possible and went out of their way to make sure I walked out with the Jeep I wanted at the price I wanted. Nate was absolutely wonderful. He answered questions about the Jeep, made recommendations based on what I needed, and stayed until after the dealership closed for the night to make sure I left with a full tank of gas and a clean car with secured temp tags. The finance manager, I think her name was Amy, was also friendly and helpful, even though by the time I reached her it was around 845pm and everyone's night was wrapping up . I am very glad that I read the reviews about this dealership and made the drive up here to buy my car. Thank you guys so much for everything!
