  • Update: Made an appointment for my mother in law, dropped her off and she literally called me 10 minutes later claiming they were telling her she had no appointment. I quickly called and spoke to Phil (same person I made the appt with) he claimed I never called to make an appt. so basically I'm a liar. I said well how long will it take for her to be seen and he hung up on me! I immediately called back and repeated what I said and asked why would he hang up on me and he said he didn't know and that he had no time to speak to me and hung up again!! I drove back there pissed off and gave him a piece of my mind. I will NEVER EVER step foot back again in the establishment. My money could be spent else where. You don't hang up on people point blank.
