  • Thank you Nelson Q for introducing me to this wonderful Japanese bakery and pastry store. Very inventive pastries and crepes. Some of their more special cakes, such as the coconut, can sell out so getting there early is ideal. All their desserts look very delicate and to an extent they are, the cakes are airy, crusts are flaky. But they all have rich, decadent accents such as frostings, fillings etc. The best thing however, is the sweetness of the desserts. None of their goods are too sweet, if that makes any sense for desserts. It is sweet enough to let you know it is a dessert, but not so sweet as to mask the more subtle flavors such as green tea or almonds, etc. The location is a little far from me, located in the southwest corner of the valley, far from most, but definitely worth the drive an visit!
