  • I had an appointment today at 2 pm and it's now 4. The appointment was to switch a spare tire with a warranty tire, as of now, the tire is sitting next to the car and spare tire is still on it. Yeah, you tell me what I should be thinking. The tire was finally switched, after asking why my tire hasn't been changed yet, the time actually took 20 minutes. Yeah, so keep bothering them, don't assume they are getting it done.
