  • What awesome customer service. By far the best nursery on the west coast. Sal came to my house and his passion and expertise were noticed. Immediately. He gave us a great design with options. He communicated with us about options the next several days to help us get to a final design. He encouraged us to go pick out the plants and trees we wanted at the surprise location. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager Grant. Grant was very knowledgable and polite. He personally walked us through and allowed us to see different plants and trees that Sal had recommended. A few days prior to the day we were to have everything planted Sal came over again and verified the placement of trees and plants. On the day of planting Sal was here again. He was placing plants in the yard for us to see. Eric was the driver along with Jesus, Juan Pablo, Parish, and another man named Eric.They were incredible. My yard is solid rock! They used jack hammers to dig every hole. I could not believe how they did that much work in such a short time. Our yard looks amazing now. I can't thank them enough. I have been in management for many years and I have to admit that I am going to use Moon Valley (Sal and Grant) as example when teaching in the ultimate client experience. Thanks guys I can't wait to have you update my front landscaping.
