  • We have a fairly big project so we took our time and investigated a few companies. We picked Greencare because they were timely in setting and keeping appointments to discuss design, price, etc. The design that Jeremy came up with was breathtaking and the price was better than any other company had come up with. Our project is nearing completion and here is what our experience has been.... Jeremy is our designer and as mentioned, he (and others) came up with a design that checked all of our boxes for a price we could afford. Jeremy has answered every question and addressed any issues (which there haven't been many) almost immediately. He is such a pleasure to work with. Lorraine is the construction scheduler and she is THE go to girl. Pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. If we any questions concerning time frame, materials, even things that are not in her department, she answers/takes care of them immediately. So impressed with her level of customer service. The work crews have been on time every day and very easy to work with. They keep a clean job sight and do great work. The landscape team, headed by Hector, are hard working and very good at their craft. My husband was in the construction industry for 25 years and is very impressed with their craftsmanship. Nothing is too much trouble. If we decided on a slight design change that answer is always, "we can do that." The pool is filling with water as I type. The pavers and planters are all in and plants are planted. The features in the backyard are almost finished. We couldn't be happier with the results or the experience. I would recommend Greencare whole heartedly, you won't be sorry. Just a note, it says I am from Palmdale, CA but we have just moved to the Vegas area. Haven't changed my account yet.
