  • Best tattoo experience AND finished product I could imagine! I have been tattooed in 3 other shops over the past several years, and Karma Tattoo Studio exemplifies exactly what tattooing SHOULD be all about everywhere-- Good morals and fabulous tattoos. You shouldn't have to decide between a great experience OR a great tattoo. Going to Karma means you'll get both! I am brand new to the Phoenix area from Los Angeles. Out at a work event, I started chatting with someone about his gorgeous new half sleeve, and he highly recommended this shop. I checked out the portfolios online, decided Asek was my guy, and made an appointment... The minute you walk in the door, you'll notice that the place is stunning (clean, new, and well-decorated). There are big-screens up front where you can chat with the artist and pull up inspiration/examples from the internet to show them your tattoo ideas. To make it that much better, EVERYONE who works there is beyond friendly and accommodating. Even though I was nervous (hadn't been tattooed in a couple of years, and was in a shop I'd never been to before), they made me feel completely at ease. I was there to see Asek, but had the chance to check out the other artists' portfolios and chat with most of them since I was there right at opening. Each one is crazy talented and so incredibly nice. Every artist obviously has their own style, but I was impressed with all of the portfolios and their personalities too. I have now been tattooed twice by Asek in a matter of just a week-- I was hooked after my first appointment, with no end in sight! I will certainly be a regular at Karma-- for both the incredible experience during the session and amazing art I leave with.
