I come here quite often and it is hit or miss. Generally I am satisfied, but tonight was a different experience. The food was below quality and the service was less than satisfactory. I ordered a Poki salad and it came as a big bowl of mixed greens with a few scraps of salmon. Then my regular order of salmon sushi took longer to come out then my friend's 4 courses of either baked or deep fried rolls. And the salmon was skimpy again.
After being completely unsatisfied with what looked liked a kids meal order for $20, I asked if I could do all you can eat and then told me no, it's against their policy. Then the waitress treated us as if we should move on.
We have done birthday dinners here, date nights and everything else. I would expect a little more customer appreciation but got nothing.
I will continue to take my business else where since the fish is generally fresher everywhere else and I have never been told I couldn't switch to all you can eat.
In the end, I am unsure why their cheapness was more important than the customer but they definitely lost a couple of regulars that way.
