We found a great rental with what we needed and it was a property managed by Renton Yu of Keller Williams Property Management. We followed all of the directions and fulfilled all of the required tasks in order to rent this property(large deposits, insurance, bank statements, etc.,). We have resided at the property for over a year. We have had minor repair requests that have been sometimes met easily and sometimes not deemed to be covered. Recently, we requested that our kitchen faucet needed some attention due to a whistling noise occurring and we were told that if its not broken then we will not repair it. It is so unfortunate that responsible, well intentioned tenants are penalized and treated like second class citizens. We felt as though we were not respected and the lack of professionalism received from Renton Yu's office was disappointing. We would like to have been treated as though we matter as tenants paying our rent in a timely manner and caring for the home as though it was our own. Nonetheless, we as the tenants, rectified the whistling in the sink on our own with no thanks to Renton702Properties. In the future, I will be selective as to the Management Company that I rent from.
