  • I come to this grooming salon often throughout the year, and have always had a pleasant experience, EXCEPT for this last time. I usually go to the same girl, but this time there was a new girl, I believe her name was Chrissy? I wasn't too worried as she seemed like she knew what she was doing, but when I received my dog back, I almost wanted to cry. The nails looked like they hadn't been touched & the hair was messy & choppy. The groomer clearly doesn't care about her job. If you take your pet to this place, go to ANYONE BUT HER. The other girls there are very nice & pleasant.
