| - This is a pretty decent fusion shabu shabu spot on the east side of town. They offer three different types of soup bases, regular broth, tom yum broth, or spicy Mongolian broth. We went with the tom yum and regular broths. You can have two different broths per cooking stove. It's a self service place, so the only thing you get served is the drinks. The food selection is pretty good. Quite a bit of meats, tender beef, beef slices, lamb, chicken, pork, pork belly, and some more exotic cuts like tripe etc. the seafood is good too, shrimp, lobster, crab, mussels, scallops, octopus, fish fillets, salmon fillets, and fish balls. The vegetable selection is a bit light, mushrooms, Napa cabbage, spinach, and Chinese broccoli. They do have a good selection of sauces and some extra cooked items and desserts.
