  • Best experience I could have ever had. I went in today, around 4:30, and 4 people were working there, and most , if not all, greeted me when i walked in. I came in, as a newbie to the vape world, and i needed a gift for my mother. The first person to help me was an older gentlemen, i didn't catch anybodies name, but he was super nice, i explained to him what my mother wanted out of her vape, and he laid out a couple options for me and in great detail he told me the pros and cons of all the options, and when it came down to choosing the best one, all i had to do was choose the color. He then handed me over to a younger girl, who was working behind the juice bar, if thats what its called. and she was the best, she let me try as many flavors as my little heart decided, until i finally decided on which i liked the best. There was another younger guy working behind the juice bar that would try to suggest flavors that i might like. In the end, i walked out with a vape for my mother and one for myself. She took me through the process of setting up my vape, step by step, and then she let me set up my mothers so in the future i could teach my mother as well. I was in there literally for an hour, and by the time i left, they were still as friendly and as nice as i walked in. Best experience ever, i'm so glad they have a location in summerlin, because its 2 minutes from my work. I'll definitely be returning for any of my vape needs.
