  • I signed up for membership and wanted to cancel, when I call the Customer Service...I was told to pay the balance of $700 because I signed a contract for 3 yrs. Was very shocked and aggravated cause it was not explained to me carefully. So be vigilant , the representatives name is Tamara and the customer service representative is Maria, there is really nothing who can help you when you want to cancel, Tamara did not explain to me that I am in a contract for 3 years.
