  • I put in an application at the Renovatio apartments in Glendale on 11/17/17. Yuri is VERY unprofessional. Never got back to me on the status of my app. I had to call and text multiple times. This past Monday she finally answered and said I was approved to move in but in a different unit. She didn't know the amount of the rent and said she would get back to me but she never did. Like usual, I had to reach out. She finally answered and told me the amount which was more than she initially told me. I asked her if its ready to move in by 12/1/17 and she said yes. I said great! I can meet with you on the 1st to give you the rent and deposit money. Never heard from her again. The application fee was a waste of money and my time was wasted as well!
