  • We unfortunately have made this CVS our main pharmacy. They seem to be almost totally incompetent compared to the myriad of others available. Just recently i was issued 3 prescriptions from my doctor. 2 were faxed into the pharmacy and one needed to be brought in because of the drug. I was told they couldn't' be filed for 2 hours and to come back. I no sooner got into my car than the snippy pharmacy assistant called my cell telling me that they would be filled until the next business day. I inquired why because i just received them from my Dr. She said i could have them at 8 am the next day. 10 minutes later when i arrived home i received a text saying they were ready. I called and the woman was again incompetent and said yes they were ready but one had to wait until the next day. This store never seems to have their game together and make doing business difficult. Perhaps they need new management or at least a wholesale change of pharmacy staff. Filling prescriptions isn't rocket science so why make it so hard on your customers?
