My observations of Green:
1. The name Green belies the fact that the food is mostly comfort food. It's good, but should not be confused as health food. The last menu change seems to have put more emphasis on the comfort-food. I miss the green burger greatly. If I'm not mistaken, it was a hand-packed patty made from oats, beets and sundry seasonings. It was delicious and didn't make me feel like a pig for eating it. The newer burgers - while good comfort food - are not something I care to eat when I'm not depressed or too tired to cook.
2. The management seems to hire employees based on their number of facial piercings and overall devil-may-care fashion sense rather than friendliness, helpfulness and other attributes of a true customer-service professional. There are some very nice employees, but the lazy ones who behave as though they're doing you a favor by showing up to work have put a damper on many experiences for people I know.
