  • I checked out New York Fashions due to the positive reviews I have read about them. I was looking for a grad dress and brought my mother along with me. They carried a variety of fancy dresses but were a bit pricey. Unfortunately the employees were awfully rude and unfriendly. An employee seemed annoyed when I asked her if I could try on a dress. When my mother spoke to the manager about a dress I was interested in, she was not friendly at all and answered her phone in the middle of the conversation and left. It was completely disgusting to be treated this way in a store I read such good reviews on. If only the customer service was as good as the dresses they sell. I will not be returning.
