  • My father is handicapped and lives in the State Veterans Home. My mother and I planned to take my father to go see a movie. She called and booked a handicap capable cab for 9:15 am on Sunday 6/24. I pre paid for the tickets and was unable to get a refund when the cab didn't show up. They kept re promising they would be there in 10-15 minutes. An hour after the time originally scheduled we gave up and couldn't see the movie with my father. I will never book another cab with this company and shame on them for letting down a disabled marine who wanted to share a new experience with his family.
