  • The wait is awful. Even if you call ahead for a scheduled appointment they still have you waiting a good 30 minutes. The ladies who do your nails rush through the job. I went for UV jel and asked for my cuticles to be cut. The lady did such an awful job you could still see all my cuticles. On top of that she never placed the fake nail high enough on my real nail so you could still see a clear outline of my nail growth. I spoke to the manager and showed what happened and I was directed back to the lady who sighed and complained saying that she wouldn't get paid for fixing this. Completely unprofessional.. since this is her job. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Certain ladies working there rush through the job and it's all about how many clients they can serve within the hour. After all that is how they are paid.
