  • Caveat Emptor!!!!!!!!!!!! I leased a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata in June of 2015. I few months ago I had to replace a tire after Hyundai gave me some bull about it. I had a feeling they were bad tires.. Just recently I noticed small chunks missing from front drivers side tire and and slightly starting on passenger side.. After asking the opinions of others they felt it could be an alignment issue or shocks.. I did start to notice pulling to right as well. So, I took it to this dealership where I leased it.. When I pulled into service department and showed the guy the tire and explained the pulling. He right alway said looks like an alignment issue and alignments are only cover for 12 months or 12,000 miles!! What is this great warranty the rave about!!?!?? He then was telling me how much it would cost just for them to look at it!! I told him I would not give them any my money for something that should be covered!! He said "ok" and walked away!! The best "see ya next Tuesday" attitude I've ever seen!!! Basically shows me they do not give a crap about their customers!!! I went down the street to Firestone and the technician right alway said this is not an alignment or shock issue. He looked at the tire and said it's 3 yrs old.. mind you it's 2017 & I just got the car in 2015!!! They checked my alignment (for free!!) and said the alignment is slightly off on back passenger tire and they felt that it was just a old bad tire!! To be safe for myself and child I fixed alignment and replace tire... I also did some research and found that there where numerous complaints on the Sonatas with alignment issues. I had brought that up to the rude person in service and he said "oh not here"!! Needless to say I can't wait for my lease to be up and be out of this crappy car!!!! I am forced to give at least 1 star (unfortunately) but they deserve 000000... shame on you Hyundai!!!!
