  • i have not been in to see the doctor yet, but so far my experience with the front deck workers have been horrible. one of the ladies named Tiffany especially. really rude over the phone. had to call her back like ten times just to get an appointment date set up. and every time i called she would say all my paper work was not in. so i had TWO of my other doctors offices call Tiffany at Arthritis & Rheumatism Institute to see what was missing. Tiffany told them nothing everything is in. when my doctors office notified me that they called and made sure everything was good to go, i called Arthritis & Rheumatism Institute back to scheduled an appointment and she told me nothing has been sent in yet. Finally after going back and forth with them i got my appointment set. hopefully the ladies aren't as rude as they are on the phone....
