  • I woke up to a dead battery on my busiest, most heavily scheduled day of the week. From work i called Phoenix Motor Company - Mercedes Benz for help. The receptionist put me through to mbusa to find out about emergency roadside assistance. From there, they connected me with a technician at MB of Chandler who scheduled to go to my house to figure out the issue. In short, the technician was on time and had my truck up and running with a brand new battery within 20 minutes. Just in time for me to zoom off to my next event. Great service!!!!
