  • At first, I was not pleased -- a scheduling snafu in their office led to a cleaning that was later than expected -- but Melissa was very polite and apologized repeatedly. And she got it taken care of; Heidi showed up on time for the rescheduled cleaning, and did a fantastic job. She got right to work, was very polite and professional, and her attention to detail really showed. She even offered to quick-dust my walls for free! Wave does NOT take cash or checks; you can pay for services only with a credit/debit card. (This isn't an issue for me, but it could be for some people.) I plan to use them as often as I can - and request Heidi.
