  • Misleading and will tell their customers anything to make a sale. Had gone into their store on a couple occasions and thought the salesman Victor was very helpful and nice. Willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy and feel good about doing business with their store. On our second trip, I had decided to purchase a $6000 Tempurpedic mattress and base. I was torn between which firmness to get and Vic volunteered information about the Tempurpedic 90 day sleep guarantee and said I could exchange mattress, "no questions" asked if wasn't comfortable. At the 30 day mark of sleeping on the mattress I called the store inquiring about the process to make the exchange and spoke with the most rude person named Boris. He said the paperwork I signed informed me that Ashley furniture doesn't do any exchanges and there was nothing he could do and hung up. As you could guess I was less than pleased and went to the store asking to speak to a manager. The store manager didn't even have the decency to come out and speak to me directly but got to speak to the front office manager. I am still sleeping on a $6000 mattress that is too soft and every morning I wake up sore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Salesman are shady, mislead customers and don't believe in making the customer whole. I just wanted a slightly firmer mattress that is less money and I wasn't even asking for money back. SHAME ON VIc, Boris, front office manager lady and ENTIRE COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN
